We’re currently seeking experienced HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technicians for full-time roles with a respected, locally owned company based in Chittenden County, VT, serving surrounding areas.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, year-round work (no layoffs)
   
• $30–$45/hour depending on experience
   
• Take-home company van & fuel card
   
• Paid time off, holidays, and benefits
   
• No overnight travel — work close to home
   

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years experience in HVAC-R or related trade
   
• EPA certification (Type I/II/III or Universal)
   
• Natural Gas license a plus
   
• Strong troubleshooting and customer skills
   
• Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
